Enjoy a Mediterranean Autumn lunch with wines from Zonte’s Footstep. Grape Counter Anna Fisher has followed heart and passion for wines since 2007 and together with The Barre’s Senior Chef de Partie Cecilia Salvante the duo have created a fabulous winter feast inspired by wines from Zonte’s Footstep.
This lunch perfectly pairs wine and plate, such as a glass of Pinot Grigio alongside a delicious pumpkin velouté with crispy chicken wings, poached apples and amaretto, followed by tender hanger steak and black garlic pipis and served with a chervil and asparagus salad with wakame dressing matched to Zonte’s Footstep Lake Doctor Shiraz and Zonte’s Footstep Blackberry Patch Cabernet Sauvignon.
Anna will share her expert knowledge and passion for wines by Zonte’s Footstep alongside Cecilia providing her inspiration for the dishes over the course of the lunch.
