Quinces, lemons abound on the nose, whilst earthy asparagus and limes bring a fresh tang to the palate. It is at once expansive and restrained, showing barrel maturation flavors that bring a bit of luxury to its fine-boned structure.
The lees stirring in barrel brings a soft, creamy texture to the wine, coupled with a soft oak tannin. Fresh and totally enjoyable for those summer salads and fish.
