The Bells Beach Spirit Co. distillery is located on the Victorian Surf Coast, a stone’s throw from Bells Beach in Torquay. Owned and operated by wine industry stalwarts David Crawford and Krisdianne Shimmin, they specialise in distilling and creating artisan gin, vodka, whisky and rum from raw ingredients. All spirits are triple distilled using their eight-stage column still, affectionately known as ‘Meg’. They pride themselves on being a small batch premium producer of artisan spirits – made from scratch.
