Langhorne Creek is renowned for its full bodied red wines and well balanced, fruit driven Chardonnay. Greg Follett of Lake Breeze Wines created Bullant, a great range of approachable, drink-now wines, using fruit from the Follett family vineyard.
The playful label was inspired by the bullants which are known to harass vineyard workers. As is the case with the Lake Breeze wines, the Bullant range over-delivers, possessing vibrant fruit flavours with palate richness and offer great value.

Bullant Chardonnay 2018 View Tasting Notes
This wine, which has had very minimal oak influence, shows enticing tropical fruit characters and some citrus elements on the bouquet. The palate is fresh and vibrant with flavours of melon and pineapple and a long dry finish. Pair with the catch of the day or salt and pepper squid.

Bullant Shiraz 2017 View Tasting Notes
Bullant Shiraz is a full bodied wine made by Lake Breeze Wines. It shows an aroma reminiscent of plums and chocolate with a touch of earthy complexity. The palate is rich and full of black-fruits and has a long soft finish. A wine which could partner a cheese plate equally as well as a rare fillet steak.
