Harvested in the cool of the night from a select parcel of premium grapes followed by innovative winemaking, has helped create this stylish Chardonnay.
The wine, which has had very minimal oak influence, shows enticing tropical fruit characters and some citrus elements on the bouquet. The palate is fresh and vibrant with flavours of melon and pineapple and a long dry finish.
Pair with the catch of the day or salt and pepper squid and please spare a thought for our vineyard workers who once danced amongst the vines avoiding the menacing bull ants who resided there!
