This Chardonnay is from a plot located in the flat part of Pommard with an average vine age of 30 years. The grapes are hand picked and sorted. 25% is fermented in oak barrels, the remainder in stainless steel it is then aged for a further 10-12 months. This Chardonnay has an easygoing bouquet with hints of pear and apple blossom. Quite round in the mouth, the finale reveals tropical flavors.
