Bright strawberry pink in colour. Lifted bouquet of strawberries and raspberries floats out of the glass. Soft fleshy strawberry fruit flavours with a delicate and light structure. A dash of texture lends a little more generosity filling out and softening the wine, making it a terrific match for summer salads, tuna steaks and lighter lunches. The finish is dry, clean and swish.
