Due to the extraordinary nature of the territory, full of ashes mixed with lava and lapilli, where the vine hardly climbs, it is impossible to ignore such a force of nature in the expression of aromas and flavours.

100% Coda di Volpe, this wine shows hints of ripe fruits, white peach, pear, typical aroma of liquorice and mineral notes on the nose. It is well-structured and balanced, showing fine fruity and mineral notes.
