A return to his home state of South Australia has allowed Nick Stock to experiment with some exciting fruit parcels and extend
his wine range from his Heathcote Shiraz, Archer to some of SA’s boutique yet well-established viticultural areas.
‘Seeing into the Fire’ is an organically farmed Adelaide Hills Syrah from Murdoch Hill’s best block in Oakbank. Natural winemaking with lots of whole bunches without any additions. Matured in large format neutral French oak.
