This wine is a blend of predominantly Chardonnay with some Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short time. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, the refinement takes place on the noble lees for a few months.

At first impact, the nose reveals hints of ripe fruit, which evolve into sweet sensations of custard. On the palate, warm and full-bodied, it lives on the balanced notes of fruit, quince which are revealed in a fresh and intense finish, characterised by a good minerality.
